The situation we’re in is mixed across the board — some are finding it easier than others, but focusing on the silver linings and finding the opportunities (or even gifts!) is something we all need to focus on. 1. Find Work-Life Balance
Where you used to have your commute, your afterwork plans, even picking up the kids from school to differentiate the work day from the rest of your life, you now have… well, not much to draw the line.
